The Village will be cutting back on salt usage this winter due to the price increase. More salt will be used on hills, curves and intersections as well as North Cheshire St, Goodwin Ave, Ford Lane and Carlton St due to school traffic. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

 

   

Please be reminded the Village of Burton has a 1% Municipal Income Tax Rate through the Central Collection Agency in Cleveland

About Us

Burton Village is located in Geauga County in Northeast Ohio. Surrounded by an Amish Community, Burton is rich in history, culture and hosts a variety of events throughout the year. It is home to the Geauga County Historical Society, Century Village, The Great Geauga County Fair (Ohio's oldest fair) and numerous shops.
